It doesn’t mean ship-in repair disappears as an option; for a single control board or drive unit, shipping to our German workshop is still often the faster, more cost-effective path. But for larger installations or faults that genuinely need hands-on diagnosis, we can be at a Danish facility considerably more easily than almost anywhere else we work.
