What Is Okuma CNC Worldwide Support?

Our workshop is in Germany, but the machines we work on aren't. Worldwide Support is the logistics side of our repair service — the part that makes it genuinely practical to send us a control board from Texas, a servo drive from Seoul, or a power supply from Sydney, and get it back working within a realistic, known timeframe.

You only need to ship the defective unit — the control board, drive, power supply or spindle inverter itself, not the whole machine. Standard repair time is 3 to 7 business days once the part arrives at our workshop, and every repair carries the same 6-month warranty on labor and replaced components, regardless of which country it's shipped from.

We are an independent repair company. We are not an authorized Okuma dealer, distributor or service partner — we repair Okuma CNC electronics for customers on their own equipment, wherever that equipment happens to be.

We ship and receive through standard international couriers — DHL, FedEx and UPS — and we'll walk you through proper packaging and customs declaration before anything ships, so nothing gets held up or damaged in transit.

What This Support Covers

The specific parts of international shipping and coordination we handle for you.

Packaging & Courier Guidance

Clear instructions for DHL, FedEx or UPS so your unit arrives intact and doesn't get held up in transit.

Component-Only Shipping

You send the board, drive or module — never the entire machine.

Realistic Turnaround

Standard 3–7 business days from arrival at our workshop — the same regardless of where you shipped from.

Same Warranty, Everywhere

A 6-month warranty on labor and replaced components, no matter which country the unit came from.

Remote Troubleshooting First

We help narrow down the fault before you commit to shipping anything.

Cross-Timezone Communication

Email and WhatsApp contact that works whether you're in Chicago, Dubai or Taipei.

Why Component-Only Shipping Matters

Shipping an entire CNC machine internationally is genuinely impractical — the cost and logistics alone would make repair pointless. That's why our process is built around the defective unit specifically: the control board, drive, power supply or spindle inverter, packaged and shipped on its own.

Before anything ships, we try to narrow down the actual fault remotely, using alarm codes, symptoms and photos you send us. This matters more internationally than locally — a wrong guess costs you a round trip across an ocean, not just an afternoon.

Once the unit arrives, our regular process takes over: diagnosis, component-level repair, testing, and a return shipment with the same warranty we'd offer a customer down the road from our workshop.

What Makes Our Worldwide Support Different

A few things that shape how we handle every international shipment, regardless of origin.

Real Customs Guidance

We walk you through packaging and declaration before you ship, not after something goes wrong.

Same Standard, Every Country

Component-level repair, testing and warranty — no different treatment based on where you're shipping from.

Remote Triage Before You Ship

We help confirm the likely fault first, so you're not shipping internationally on a guess.

How Worldwide Shipping Works

Three steps from wherever you are to a repaired unit back in your hands.

01

Remote Triage

Send symptoms, alarm codes and photos so we can help confirm what likely needs shipping.

02

Pack & Ship

We guide you through packaging and customs paperwork before you send the unit.

03

Repair & Return

3–7 day standard turnaround, then shipped back with a 6-month warranty.
