Robotics
Okuma’s built-in, standalone and mobile robot systems, controlled through the same OSP interface as the machine. Standalone and mobile systems (STANDROID, OMR) can be retrofitted onto existing machines; built-in systems (ARMROID) come from the factory and are supported through setup, reconfiguration and repair. Automatic Pallet Changers
Unattended machining systems for vertical lathes, machining centers and double columns — genuinely retrofittable onto existing machines. We handle installation and setup, plus replacement & overhaul of pallet system electronics.
Gantry Loaders & Bar Feeders
Mechanical loading systems for consistent, unattended part handling. Bar feeders are a straightforward universal retrofit; gantry loaders require deeper OSP control integration, which is our specialty. We handle installation, setup and drive units repair for both.
Flexible Manufacturing & Factory Systems
Multi-machine automation, connectivity and digital twin systems. Full FMS installations are typically led by specialist integrators; we support the OSP control-side commissioning and integration. smarTwinCELL setup is a configuration project, not a physical install. We also handle preventive maintenance to keep connected systems running reliably.
