NEOM’s manufacturing is being built around advanced and green industry — green hydrogen and renewable energy, modular and advanced manufacturing, and precision engineering — so feedback accuracy and control reliability matter as much as the heavier construction-equipment work, and we diagnose each machine on its own duty.

The northwestern setting is demanding: extreme desert heat, fine wind-borne dust off the mountains and interior, and — near the coast — the salt-laden humidity of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aqaba, so heat, dust and coastal corrosion are all factors we weigh on a fault here.

One electrical point matters: Saudi Arabia runs a 60Hz grid — a genuine outlier among its Gulf neighbours, most of which use 50Hz — at 127V/220V, closer to the American standard than Europe’s. So we confirm a machine’s exact voltage and frequency before any repaired component ships back.

We’re not tied to one machine family: the full Okuma CNC range is supported from your NEOM facility — lathes and turning centers, MULTUS mill-turn, vertical and horizontal machining centers, 5-axis and double-column machines, grinders and older legacy platforms. OSP is where Okuma differs most from other builders — it’s their in-house control, so FANUC or Siemens experience doesn’t transfer cleanly. We repair the whole OSP line, from OSP5000 and OSP700 through the P100–P300 generations to the current OSP-P500. A nameplate photo is enough for us to pin down the exact generation before anything ships.
