Defense manufacturers don’t all need the same thing from us, so we offer two genuinely different paths depending on what’s down and how urgent it is.

On-site repair. For faults that need hands on the machine — wiring, mechanical work, on-machine diagnostics — we send a technician to your facility. Our country coverage above reflects where we’ve built up this kind of on-site delivery experience.

Mail-in component repair. For a specific failed board, drive or spindle, many facilities find it faster to ship us the component directly rather than wait for a site visit. We diagnose and repair it at component level in our workshop, then ship it back tested and ready to reinstall.
